My 2004 London Marathon

Time: 4:00

Was following Runners World Sub 4hrs from the red start - I think they both pulled out (apologies if Neil just hit a bad patch and finished) followed KitKat (Kate) who took up the baton so to speak - not sure if she is a "forumite" - but what a job.

Unfortunately lost her coming along the Embankment at 24 miles and I think i missed Sub 4 by about 20 seconds.

BUT soooo delighted - beat PB by 13 mins ..... it's down to you KitKat .... if anyone knows who she is please pass on my biggest thanks.
