Folkestone Coastal 10K

Sunday 25 May 2014, Kent 

Fancy a fast flat 10K by the sea? Look no further. This is set in Folkstone, a port town in Kent and makes for a nice weekend trip to the sea. It’s a road race and takes you out of the town to more rural settings then back to the start.

Magic roundabout 10K

Sunday 1st June, Hay-on-Wye

This is a delightful race set in rural Hay-on-Wye. The entire course is off road with an undulating profile – expect a few hills. It’s worth travelling for as it overlaps with the Hay Literature Festival so you can follow the race with a weekend away.

Capital Runners Richmond Park 10K

Sunday 15th June

You cant beat Richmond park for a 10K jaunt. This is one of Capital Runner’s many 10K races in the series and takes your around the park across trails and footpaths. It’s a very well organised affair with all the race necessities taken care of.

Summer Solstice 10K

Friday 20th June

This race marks the celebration of the longest day of the year. Commencing at 7pm, you’ll run through the evening light. It’s rural setting through the scenic Moors Valley Country Park.

Sutton Beast Feast 10K

Sunday 22nd June

This popular event is returning this year after a year off. It promises to provide a day out with a community feel and also includes a ‘mini beast’ which consists of a 2.5K run so the whole family can be involved. You can also enter as a team.
