A gentle warm up before a pacing session set by coaches Sam Murphy and Steve Smythe.

In a little over four weeks, our fab five will be standing on the start line of the Paris Marathon. The heavy mileage is almost done, now it's just the taper to go.

Nice day for a run: Coaches Sam and Steve devise a pacing session featuring 2 x 2 mile runs at marathon pace: the first with a GPS watch, the second without the watch to assess their pace judgement.

'Good for Age' runner Sarah will be chasing a championship qualifying time for the Boston Marathon when she runs Paris in April.

Unhappy Steve: A knee injury flare up puts Steve back on Physio Sarah's couch where she advises him to take five days off to allow recovery.
