Samphire Hoe 5K Summer Series

Wednesday 1st July, Dover

Set along the striking White Cliffs of Dover, there’s no more picturesque place to head for a 5K than Samphire Hoe. The undulating course is great for beginners, plus there are finish line goodies for all who complete the race.

Saturday 4th July, Sidcup

If you want a family-friendly run, look no further than the Foots Cray Meadows 5K. With two laps over woodlands, meadows and bridges, this is a true country run. There’s also a 10K and a fun run for all ages, along with a cake sale at the end.

Tunnel 2 Towers London 5K

Wednesday 15th July, Southwark

This urban route heads out from Southwark Park, through the Rotherhithe Tunnel and finishes with a street party at Billingsgate Market, near the Canary Wharf Towers. With options for walkers, wheelchair users and assisted runners, all finishers will receive a t-shirt and medal.

Forest Park Ladies 5K

Wednesday 1st July, Warrington

Based in Birchwood Brook Park, this 5K is just for the ladies. The race launched in 1993 and is well known for its supportive crowd - perfect whether you’re an accomplished runner or just starting out. Every finisher will be gifted with flowers, and plenty of people hang about afterwards for a summery picnic.

Leicester City 5K Summer Series

Thursday 9th July, Leicester

A two-lap course of Victoria Park, this flat route is great for anybody looking to wind down after a day at work in Leicester city centre. Runners will be awarded with medals and goodies at the finish line, plus supervised bag storage is provided for extra security. Also includes a one-mile children’s race.
