The Watford 10K
Monday 5th May, Watford

Set among the bluebells in Cassiobury Park, the multiterrain Watford 10K is popular with runners of all abilities. Organised on behalf of Watford Round Table and Watford Mencap, the undulating race attracts over 1,000 participants, so early entry is advised. In addition to the main 10K race, shorter distances will be held for younger athletes and kids.

Set between South Shore Blackpool and St Anne's Pier, the Blackpool Beach 10K is a unique multiterrain event along the sand. Runners can enjoy medals, prizes and plenty of fresh sea air.

This cross country 10K run set in a beautiful estate meandering through bluebells and pine woods may look like a walk in the park, but in reality it's a tough course designed with serious runners in mind. With medals prizes and bacon sandwiches it will be worth it though.
