Weekend of running: 7th & 8th February

"Had the most awesome time at the Mad Dog 10k this morning. Smashed my PB by over a minute and 7 seconds." - Jon Reeves

"Gorgeous weather in Calderdale for a 9 mile run!" - Alexandra Smith

"Photo at the finish line of the 50 mile Thames trot this weekend. Thick mud for much if the course - beat the 11 hour cutoff by 17 minutes! Couldn't have done it without our "crew chief " Kim who kept us supplied with food and drink throughout. Next up is the 100 mile Thames path in May" - John Nelms

"Just wanted to send you my running picture from the weekend.. I had a huge surprise visit from my sister Gemma for my birthday and we both went out to do the park run at Newcastle upon Tyne (Exhibition Park). We both run for Tyne Bridge Harriers but my sister (on the left) moved down to Derbyshire 2 years ago and I don't get to see her very often. This was a really special weekend for me!" - Nicola Brady

"Rachel Miller and I taking on the mud and fun of the third and final Horsford Cross Country race in Norfolk."  - Nick Gurney

"This Sunday I ran the new Sheffield half marathon route; its moved since Don Valley stadium was demolished and now instead of a quick flat course it starts with one long, long  run out of the city. There won't be many PB's but it will surely be one of the most picturesque halfs around." - Lee Messina

"Me assisting my son Elliot up the hill at South Oxhey parkrun. He thanked me by sprinting away from me at the finish." - Chris Kitchener

"Sunday morning run in frosty Basingstoke." - Phil Opie

"Ran the Chichester Priory 10k for the second year running (excuse the pun) and knocked 00:02:22 off of last year's time. Here's a pic (bib number 749)" - Jake Fletcher

"I have to brag on my 10 yr old girl, she completed the Frostbite Series of races in St Louis this Saturday. She ran a 10 mile, 20k, half marathon and 10k. The final 10k she ran on her own because I was too sick to run with her. Lilly is awesome!" Robin Haynes, proud mom
