"This weekend I held a Tag-a-long run for my Mumford and Runs charity project for my local Mind charity in Pembrokeshire.I ran 30 miles from Tenby to Haverfordwest and invited people to join me for as much as 

Just over 20 people ran including my wife and children, some even took their children along on their bikes.

I started the Mumford and Runs project at Christmas and pledged to cover 2015 miles in 2015 along with a number of races whilst helping to raise awareness and funds for Mind Pembrokeshire.

My running weekend consisted off my daily Saturday morning Ecos Parkrun, followed by our official club off the year in Northern Ireland, "Ballymena Runners" attending the first road race off the season, Albertville 5mile, in Belfast." -
