Saucony Jazz 6000 £49.99

Weight 352g
Evaluation Shock! The Saucony Jazz 5000, which has been a budget mainstay of Saucony’s range for six years, has been dropped. The good news: the new budget mainstay is virtually indistinguishable. It has exactly the same soft, cushioned midsole, chunky midfoot support and famous triangle-lugged outsole. It’s also still built on the Jazz last that has won Saucony so many loyal buyers, especially among women. That is, it’s narrow in the heel and broad in the forefoot.
So what’s changed? Just the upper, which has been given a newer look, a more substantial feel, and a faster, better lacing system. You’ll also find that it has a slightly broader fit through the forefoot.
In short The Jazz 6000 is just the Jazz 5000 in new clothes. It’s not the world’s most heavy-duty shoe, but its highly soft ride, universal fit and effective on- and off-road outsole ensures its position as a perennial favourite.
