Why spend a fortune on ready-made protein balls when you can whip these up in just minutes at home? These chocolate peanut butter treats are super-speedy and only need three ingredients. Double win.


Chocolate peanut butter protein balls

Makes 12-15

Ingredients

85g honey

140g Meridian Cocoa & Peanut Butter

225g oats


1/ Pour the honey and nut butter into a small saucepan and place onto the stove top over a low heat.

2/ When the two have melted pour into a large mixing bowl.

3/ Pour in the oats and mix together. If the mixture won't bind, add a tablespoon of hot water.

4/ Form into balls and put in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up.
