You've worked through the dark mornings, drizzly weather and endless fatigue churning out more miles than you can probably count. Now finally the big day looms. This can be a time full of anxiety and stress that you haven't done enough - perhaps injury or illness got in the way or you hit the wall in some crucial sessions.
