|2011 HAS BEEN A MASSIVE YEAR FOR HELEN JENKINS.
For the second time she has won the ITU Triathlon World Championships and has been nominated to represent Great Britain in the 2012 London Olympics. Helen's years of training, a lot of hard work, and above all passion for the sport have paid off in a big way!
Now, Helen has teamed up with specialist, triple-action anti-perspirant Triple Dry to develop a training guide to help you get to grips with the sport she loves. Winter is actually the perfect time to start training for a triathlon because the race season has officially finished for the year.
